带式输送机故障定位技术的应用现状与技术探讨

摘要:

当前情况下,带式输送机的发展方向主要为长距离,大功率,大运量的发展趋势。由于运输距离长,输送功率大,带式输送机发展现状多采用多点驱动技术,使得带式输送机沿线保护及控制装置增多,增加了故障的发生概率。这种情况下,当带式输送机沿线发生故障导致停机时,为尽快恢复生产,保护系统故障的准确定位功能显得十分重要,这对于及时准确确定带式输送机的故障位置,减少因排查故障而造成的停机时间,提高运输效率具有重要的意义。

关键词: 带式输送机, 长距离, 故障定位, 运输效率

Abstract:

In the current case, the development direction of the belt conveyor is mainly for long-distance, high-power and large volume trends. Due to the long distance transportation, transfer the power, the current situation of the development for belt conveyor with multipoint drive technology, making the belt conveyor along the line protection and control unit increase, increases the probability of failure. In this case, when the belt conveyor occur along the fault lead to stop, to resume production as soon as possible, to protect system fault accurate positioning function is very important, the timely and accurate to determine the position of fault belt conveyor, reduce traffic for fault caused by the shutdown time and improve transportation efficiency is of great significance.
